For all custom orders, a non-refundable retainer of 50% of your total is required at the time of ordering. No date is held without a retainer fee being held. The remaining balance is due 3 days before pickup. No order is delivered before balance is paid.

Drop-off is to be arranged at the time of ordering. Unless previously discussed, all orders will be available at the given location and the time listed on your inquiry.
